Zack arrived to our house promptly, assessed the situation, and got right to work. He had all of the necessary parts on hand, changed out the broken trap and connecting pipes in no time, then snaked the line to remove the clog that had caused the situation in the first place. Zack saw that our drain catcher had eroded and broke in half, so he replaced that too. Happy Jack's was the only company that I called who was able to schedule a repair less than a week out. Their dispatcher was polite and efficient, and told me the rates upfront so there were no surprises. The cost was less than I expected, and the work was well worth it.

Price charged was what they stated, good work, on time. Very nice. I'd hire them again, for sure.

My outdoor faucet was leaking badly. I had called about 8 different plumbers, mostly leaving messages. Only one called me back and they quoted me $275 to $375 and a month's wait! Happy Jack Plumbing answered the phone right away when I called and quoted me $95 for the first hour, plus parts. They were able to schedule me within 7 days. The plumber arrived 15 minutes early. He got to work immediately and knew just what to do. He replaced the faucet within 5 minutes. While he was here, he also checked out my other outdoor faucets to make sure they were okay and advised me on the gentle way to shut off the water which makes the faucet last longer.

It went very well. The plumber meticulously installed a new drain, hooked up the old faucet, and tested everything to make sure it worked fine. It did and everything looks and works well. He kept me abreast of what he was doing and redid what I had attempted to "fix" myself (and probably did incorrectly).

Jess and a young apprentice were quick and friendly.  They answered all my questions and took time to give me good advice on when to shut off the main water supply and when to leave it on. What other valves to close and when.
I also worked with Happy Plumbing (Happy Jacks) company in January 2013 when my main water line broke while I was out of town. I had recently purchased insurance for that event and the insurance company sent Jess out the same day I called to assess the situation.   Jess took care of all necessary coordination of utilities, ground markings, insurance and time schedule for various crews. He spent quite a long time with me and my neighbor answering questions about adding a separate connection for hook up for outdoor yard water  to be added at a later date as my well had just recently failed and we thought  going with "city water" would be more cost effective in the long run.
A different plumber was sent out in the morning with another young apprentice to to do advance work before the underground crew arrived.  These two drilled through the below ground basement  foundation to allow for guide wire of new main line, pipes, valves, re-routed different water connections, and shut off valves all in a very small cramped space. It was quite an experience watching the under ground crew guide the flexible line under ground, around large trees, under my house and up through a small opening 150+ feet from the curb.  They cleaned up after they were done and the two original plumbers took over finishing up the connections, insulating the two new shut off valves and repairing the cement foundation.  1 1/2  days and I had water!
Everyone I came in contact with (5 or 6 total) was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what was going on, the new technology, what to look for and when to call them.  I did and Jess was sent out to check a connection and I asked him to repair a toilet while he was here,  The price was fair.
I will continue to call them for my plumbing problems and highly recommend them.

He did have a bit of a problem, but he solved it in the end. The previous guy we had couldn't get it out, and he succeeded. Although, the other guy wasn't a plumber and he was. I think that he kept pursuing the problem until he solved it. He is a very experienced worker; maybe 30 years or so. I had no trouble getting an appointment when I wanted it. If he would have listened to me more, it would have gone a little quicker. If he did though, I would have gotten an hourly rate, so it wouldn't have made a difference in the price. The price seemed quite reasonable; knowing what plumbers charge.

They came out and they supposedly fixed it, however they did not snake it like we asked them to because they said it was unnecessary. They said we needed to quit using expensive toilet paper. We had them out a second time because the toilet quit functioning. He said it was a chain issue that had occurred as a result of the work they performed before. We wanted to make sure the issue was fixed since we were going on vacation two weeks after. We were told they fixed the issue. We came back from vacation the second week of June to a flooded house. He said it was from the handle on the toilet, which he didn't mention on the first two trips. It has caused about $16,000 to $20,000 in damage in our home. They refused to accept any responsibility for the damages and our insurance company feels they are being evasive. They said it was probably my son flushing the handle too hard, who was staying home during our vacation stay. It seemed like the individual who performed the work just talked most of the time instead of actually performing the work.
Response from Happy Jack's Plumbing
"I am very sorry that we could not satisfy this particular customer. We made three trips to her home to unclog her toilet, we only charged her the first time, the second two times we went out as a courtesy. We have no control over what a customer puts down their drains, therefore we cannot control if a toilet is going to overflow after we leave. We also have no control over how a customer uses or abuses their plumbing fixtures. This customer took us to court over this issue and the judge ruled in our favor, he agreed that we had no responsibility over what these people did after we left the home. Once again, we are disappointed that these customers are unhappy, we tried three times to help them resolve their issue."

Everything went great. They immediately knew what the problem was. It was misdiagnosed by a different company that was going to charge me several thousands of dollars. Happy's was very clean and professional. They came one day to do measurements and came back a second day for the installation. I thought the price was fair for two visits and the sump pump.
