+ -1 moreThe process to book is pretty simple. But have had an issue with last minute cancellations. The issue is I do mine on weekends if they don't have someone they will keep looking up to an hour before the appointment instead of cancelling the day prior. They should give a little more notice.

+ -1 moreWe've had two cleanings booked through Handy. I've had to call them at least 6 or 7 times to get it straightened out. It just wasn't easy to work with.
Description of Work: I had a very difficult time working on that website. If you make a mistake on the website, someone gets charged. If you don't know what you're doing and just trying to navigate it, get an estimate, etc., someone gets charged.

+ -1 moreThe app is not easy to use if you make a change, and you can never talk to anybody, all through the app. I understand they want to streamline, keep costs down. The company is late, which makes me late. So I feel like I have to work around their schedule. Almost always late. Scheduling issues. Not sure what the problems are. I try to work around them, but it can cause me issues on occasions. Handy sends you a dozen text messages, but then they are late. I have like some cleaners better than others, but I wasn't able to keep them.
Description of Work: I've been using Handy for about a year for housecleaning.
