Description of Work: We asked Ted Riehl, Excavator to recommend a plumber. He recommended H&H Mechanical, LLC, (Dustin Hague) We called Dustin May 26, 2012 in regard to Clackamas County Building Codes violation concerning plumbing in our pole building. He came out and looked our project over. The requirements were as follows:1. Open up enough walls to confirm plumbing is installed per code. 2. All exposed plumbing under floor and PVC water piping for exterior use is not approved and must be removed. Any piping below must be removed or capped off.3. New plumbing to be installed and brought up to code and tested and approved.4. Fixtures to be re-set and a final inspection to be done. July 12 June 2, 2012, Dustin's crew came in and removed all old plumbing and roughed in the new plumbingJune 19th the Rough in was approved by County inspector Next step - (after Septic system brought up to code)July 2, septic system connect - approvedJuly 3 - fixtures reset (detected additional needs for bathroom sink)July 12, - (today) bathroom sink repaired - (calling in for final inspection)
