Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Sean was 2 months overdue. Original bid said work would be done in 7 to 10 bus days. It took 2 months or longer. He also installed the tile wrong and we are in the process of going after his bond money to repair what he completed. He has been unwilling to take responsibility for his work. Poor quality. Poor workmanship.

"THIS JOB WAS NOT DONE BY HALCYON REMODELING. THIS JOB WAS DONE BY MY SON WHO CAME TO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER AFTER I PASSED ON THE JOB. SEAN QUINN IS NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF HALCYON REMODELING, NOR WAS HE AT THE TIME THE JOB WAS DONE. NO MONIES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY HALCYON REMODELING FROM THIS MEMBER. NO CONTRACT WAS EVER SIGNED WITH HALCYON REMODELING. THEY PROCEEDED TO DO THIS TILE JOB AND THE RELATED PLUMBING WORK WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF A BUILDING PERMIT. THEIR IN-HOUSE PLUMBER SET THE DRAIN INCORRECTLY WHICH CREATED THE PROBLEMS WITH THE SHOWER FLOOR. I'VE LEARNED VIA MY SON. HALCYON REMODELING HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 10 YEARS WITH ALL MY CLIENTS SATISFIED AND CONTINUING TO USE MY SERVICES AS NEEDED."
