i met zhen through another friend, myself i got hit hard with the economy. my loan was with bank of america.i was falling behind on mortgage payments, and was getting forclosed on. i tried to resolve matters with bank of america for 2 1/2 years, what a nightmare that was. i even tried with a nonprofit company that specializes in destressed properties, that was a joke. so anyways i met zhen and decided to give him a try, well needless to say zhen had my house sold. i do not have a forclosure on my record, i even received 3000.00 dollars for relocation. no money out of my pocket. zero for realtors fees. i couldnt have picked a better person. i also had a friend that was in the same situation, zhen had his house sold within 3 months. he also was with bank of america.
