They were very good. They were professional and did what they said they would do. They did the job for the price they quoted and they did the job well and left.

2 walls have no coving, I spent 18.00 for the additional 17 feet but I'll know it's done by doing it myself. Relatives should not drop in for visits while work is being done. Surprise end of project quotes and at that cost of over 700.00 and paying a check written in the installer's personal name left me feeling cheated. The final issue came after a check was written to pay for the service. Lou called back stating that his bank was going to take 2 weeks to cash the check and wanted to know what I was going to do about that. This was a normal personal check from CitiBank. Left word that what his bank does as far as processing a check was not up to me. He needed to talk to his bank.

Carlos (salesman) was very helpful and professional. Estimate was the lowest I recieved. I paid Great Carpet seperately for carpet- was to pay carpet layers after the install. Lou and Francisco (carpet layers) were on time and professional. However, left sloppy edges on carpet- didn't seal edge and corners well, in one room. Didn't tack down and tuck edges of carpet in many areas. After I examined these areas and pointed them out, they fixed them adaquately. We had removed carpet ourselves- they did not offer to haul it away- and we forgot to tell them to do When job was done, they insisted on $50 "trip charge", which was NOT part of the estimate. My contractor friend insisted they return the money to me, and so Lou mailed me the $50 several days later.

WE WERE REALLY HAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE TIME AND QUICKNESS THAT GREAT FLOORS FOUND AN INSTALLER AND THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN AT OUR RENTAL HOME. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT.

THE INSTALLATION OF THE CARPET WAS VERY WELL DONE. EVEN A SEPARATE CONTRACTOR THAT WE HAD HIRED FOR A DIFFERENT SERVICE HAD COMMENTED ON THE QUALITY OF THE WORK.
