Grass Stains, LLC is a design-build contracting firm focused on constructing spaces you will love to live in. We create environments for temporary and long-term use, and no matter the space our focus remains the same. Whether our muse is your home, yard, office or event space we believe that our collaborative abilities as creative space makers will make your space into exactly what you want it to be. We are continually inspired and challenged by the goals of our clients. We focus on delivering wonderful service by being transparent and by streamlining the design-build process. "11/2/2017 The Hendersons' project was successfully completed more than two years ago, and the designer who created the vision for the front yard space reviewed the implementation and complimented us on the final product. Like we do with all our clients, we walked through the site at the end of the Hendersons' project. Our customers' satisfaction is important to us, and the walk through with our clients provides them with an opportunity to voice any concerns so we can make changes. The Hendersons approved all work completed, confirmed they were satisfied and made their final payment immediately for our services. Upon learning of The Hendersons' claims, we responded immediately to attempt to resolve any claims regarding our work. A full refund was offered to the Hendersons. At no additional cost, the drip filter on the irrigation system was installed. All projects are installed by Licensed staff and our company is fully licensed bonded and insured to perform all Landscape construction projects in the states of OR & WA. The filter referenced was an inline pressure regulator(referenced incorrectly in review) this was buried on main line, and an drip filter was properly installed at the valve in the valve manifold accessible by simply lifting a valve box lid per industry standards. The issue identified with the connection point on the system was diagnosed and confirmed by a third party as as a manufacturer's defect and was not an installation error. We focus daily on providing the best possible service to our clients as we work with them to create amazing outdoor spaces that they are excited to share with their friends and family. Meeting and connecting with our clients is an exciting and enjoyable part of the work we do. We appreciate and value our many super fans who have left so much positive feedback, but we respect and recognize that we might not be for everyone."
