Wow… Grand Decks gave me the outdoors space of my dreams. I talked to a lot of people before I went with Alex and his team, and I certainly made the right choice. Not only is my new deck beautiful and amazing, the team was efficient, communicative, and answered ALL of my questions. They took care of every tiny detail from start to finish. Grand Decks has built a beautiful new wooden deck in my backyard recently. They also installed a pre-made spiral staircase connecting existing upper deck to the new deck. Now we can go to backyard from inside house without going around outside house. I would say they are very professional and knowledgeable, and have done an excellent job overall. Initially they stopped by our house a few times to get the design correctly based on our requirements. They communicated well and listed what they would do thoroughly. Due to the steep slope of backyard it had a bit challenge to install the spiral staircase perfectly and they did it! The spiral staircase looks beautiful. In the middle of the deck installation we changed the original design. They were very patient and listened to our new needs carefully, and came up with a revised design. Now the new deck looks pretty and the finished work is just what we want! Their workmanship is outstanding. They paid great attentions to details and went extra miles to address our needs. I have already got nice comments for the work. Definitely I would recommend Grand Decks to my friends.
