I hired Brandon Falls to paint the basement of an older home. The last day I saw him he was to finish painting shelves, touch up, and put one last coat on the basement stairs then come back with a ladder to do some ceiling touch up and return the basement drain stopper he stated he mistakenly taken with him (told him to be careful with this since was very hard to find a stopper for an older basement drain). He did not finish any of this or return the drain stopper and did not respond to texts, email or phone calls. In summary, he did not finish the job......
