As you have stated the schedule of a mobile service fluctuates according to many variables during the course of the day of service but as you have mentioned we make every effort to maintain constant communication with our customer. We use eco-friendly products that are considered waterless because we do not rinse with a water hose but we do have water in our products. The omission of water rinsing saves 80 to 200 gallons of the communities water. Eco-friendly products provide a safe application to the surface of the vehicle and a safe environment for the members of the family that will be using the vehicle. We apply a product to the exterior of the vehicle that cleans off the dirt and leaves a polymer or caranuba protective coating on the vehicles finish. [member name removed] you also ordered our Paint Sealant product that adheres to the paint of the vehicle and provides up to 6 months protection on the vehicles paint surface, which is longer than any paste wax. This cost an additional $59. Go Green Mobile Auto Detail prides itself in the fact that we schedule on a first come first serve basis. Therefore when a customer calls we appoint as soon as our schedule permits. We also cleaned the leather seats with a soft soap and a soft scrub then we apply a leather conditioner that has mink oil in it which rejuvenates the leather and replasticises the vinyl which extends the life of the material. [member name removed], I understand that your battery went dead. I am sorry that occurred. I am not sure of the reason. Yes we worked on your car for 3.5 hours with two technicians who detailed the inside and outside of the vehicle. Yes, we left the doors open for several hours. If that caused the battery to go dead in my opinion there was something wrong with the battery. We have detailed thousands of cars over our five years of service and I am not aware of one other battery that has gone dead after we detailed the car. My technician was not authorized to offer an opinion as to the condition of your alternator. I am glad to hear that you were pleased with the detail service enough that you will have us back next time. That is a positive endorsement. Your cost for the service was $69 to Groupon, $100 to upgrade to the Premium package, and $59 to add the Liquid Paint Sealant for a total cost of $228 for a $298 value. This amounts to a $70 savings. Plus we detailed your car at you location to save you the time and effort to transport the car to another location and pick it up.
