I called and talked to his boss, Dave who said he would come out as Mark's grandfather had taken a turn for the worse. Dave said it would take a couple of days to find out why it was leaking. He would call me on Friday. I called Friday and he had too many jobs to do. I told him I would call someone else and he could give me back my check for $60. He informed me he would finish the job the following Tuesday. I fired him.

Go Appliances was polite, on time, honest. He had to return the following day with a certain part to fix the problem. He had warned me though that if he could not fix the problem by adjusting some parts that it would be cheaper to replace the unit rather than buying and having him install a new pump as it would save me a lot of money. When he determined I would have to purchase a new pump, he did not charge me for the hour's work he did on the 2nd day because he could not fix it. I appreciated the job done.
