He came out and gave us a bid. He was a good person. We didn?t go with Gin Fu Home Improvement, though. They are a small company, and we found them to be pretty expensive.

They came out and gave a reasonable estimate. They ordered the cabinets and installed them. The quality of their work was good and I was pleased with the result.

Ryan came over a few times to double-check his measurements. He explained everything. He started on time. He oversaw the painting and felt responsible. We trusted him so much - we decided to leave town for 5 days in the middle of the work - that is trust! He called us if he wanted clarification. He worked extremely hard in a small kitchen during the heat wave (105 degrees!). We got so much more than we anticipated. We went into this thinking we would get white cabinets. Everyday we sing Ryan?s praises - he gave us so much more than white cabinets. He suggested white wood baseboards - excellent choice. The garbage slider has improved the quality of the kitchen. The glass inserts in the cabinet - brought beauty to this room. By giving us 3 new cabinet drawers instead of the existing awkwardly large cupboard we have much more storage space. We can?t stop praising Ryan. At the start we told him we were only taking his bid - why search when you have found the best on your first try (thanks angie?s list)

They came and gave me an accurate estimate. They worked with us on selecting the wood for the cabinets and the granite for the countertops. They referred us to suppliers for the cabinetry and countertops. They came when they said they would. They were very respectful with the tenants and considerate. They completed the work in a timely manner. Work was of high quality and we couldn't be more pleased.

Met Ryan at the house, he and his partner were both prompt, professional,and courteous. They took measurements, searched for the proper material, ordered it and then installed. Communication was good, he showed up on time and the job was done well.

The job went very well. Ryan Chin was upfront about estimated costs and provided consumer info regarding construction work, as well as a contract specifying the work to be done. Ryan was scrupulous in keeping track of his time, as we hired him to do work on a per hour basis, running $35/hr/person. When supplies were needed, we were given the opportunity to save money by running the errand ourselves. We provided most of the supplies and moldings. We did the final cleanup after work was finished so that we weren't paying them to do work that we could do ourselves. Their work was of high quality. Fit and finish was exceptional and we were very happy with all results. Work was done within estimated time of 2 days. We definitely plan to have them back to do other carpentry work.

He was punctual each day. Completed the work on schedule. He tried to complete all of the install on the same day but had a complication with one cabinet door (factory sent him the wrong one). He was back out the next day though and cleaned up the work area immaculately. We still can't believe that we were able to find someone with such an eye for detail. He replaced some trim on the wall because it just didn't look right with the rest of the room. We are planning a bathroom remodel this spring and plan to use him again for that. We are extremely pleased with the results and to have the name and number of a reliable contractor who prices right and delivers as promised. Thanks Ryan.
