The project went perfectly.  Michael's honesty and integrity were above reproach.  His attention to detail was impressive, as was his desire to meet our needs and expectations.  I would hire Michael again any time -- in fact, we already have some interior and exterior projects planned that we hope Michael will do for us this fall and winter.

The process went very well. We have had so many compliments on our beautiful deck; some went so far as to say it should be featured in Better Homes and Gardens. :-). Michael helped me along the way with making decisions and was straight-forward about cost. I think it's very important to be sure and understand the complexity of the project when discussing. What may look simple to the average person is not so simple to build. We had him custom build flower-boxes around the perimeter of the deck. Michael was very careful to ensure to put an appropriate lining into the flowerboxes to ensure there would be no water damage.  I think it's also important to be clear on how much time you have for your project so that he has a good idea of your timeline. He does everything he can to meet that.  Our deck was fully complete exactly on the date that he promised.  Michael is an artist in his craft; he does quality work.

He did great.  The work was done well, and he was very easy to work with.  We got exactly what we wanted, and he probably a better job than we expected.
