Lawn Tool Repair
I brought the mower in because it was knocking, the throttle cable shook, it was leaking oil and was not starting. When I picked it up it started, without knocking, but after using it, smoke came out of it, it continued to leak oil and the throttle cable still shook. I called them to ask if I could get some kind of refund, which they denied. They repeatedly said that I should "bring it in". I was told the damage could have been "done in the car", that I was "wasting time" talking to them over the phone and when I tried to explain more I was hung up on.
