My husband and I recently moved to a home which was pre-plumbed for a Gary's Vacuflow System and I wanted to have system installed. I had a similar central vac system from Gary's in a previous home, but this time I wanted the hide-a-hose system. Curt, one of the sales reps came to give me a quote and explain the newer system to me. He took the time to understand what I wanted and explained the options that were available. When I was ready, I phoned to schedule the install. Pete, the installer arrived and took his time as well explaining what needed to be done and how he was going to proceed. From the onset he never promised that it would take just a particular amount of time, but that each job was slightly different based on what he might find along the way. As it turned out it was several days for the complete install. Each day he arrived exactly at the time he indicated and communicate when necessary via phone and text messages to keep me informed. He was meticulous as he moved from one thing to another, in the crawl space and in the attic to connect fittings, as was necessary. He didn't rush and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. Before he left, he made sure I understood how the system worked, as well as making sure my home was left clean from cutting into drywall and drilling when necessary, which was minimal. Pete re-textured the small area of drywall and re- painted the area he was working on. One would never know that anything was done. I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure working with Gary' Vacuflow from start to finish including speaking to the scheduler Jennifer.

I hired Gary's to clean and service our Beem Classic III central vacuum system. Gary's came out and told us that our unit was too old and did not have enough suction to service. They said it would not be worth it, and they charged me $103 for that information. Also, they would be happy to sell us a brand-new system for $1050. I then took my system off-the-wall and brought it to Stark's. Starks serviced our system within a weeks time and it now runs as good as new. I feel like I got scammed at Gary's. I gave customer service every opportunity to make it right but Gary's customer service agent (scheduler) decided to be snarky rather then service a customer. I feel like I got scammed and ripped off at Gary's. They will say that I never got back to them with the model number so they could have the propper filter. This is true, but they didnt even try to clean or service our unit. Although I did send a clear picture of my unit with my original request for service, so they should have had everything the needed. I was able to get a timely appointment for the salesperson to come to my home to check out the existing system and give me a price for the installation of the hose. As the installation was going to be a bit tricky, he spent about an hour with me looking over the possibilities inside my home as well as in the garage where the main vacuum was already in place. We then scheduled for the technician, Pete, to come out the following week. He arrived at 8 a.m. sharp and we walked through what the whole installation process might look like, as he had to open up some panels in the wall to check what was already in the spaces where he planned to put the Hide-A-Hose and the connections to the vacuum in the garage. He cut out only 3 small panels to determine the location and do the work, cleaning up all the dust as he went along, and closed them all up when he finished. There was far less dust, clutter, and disturbance than I had anticipated. He cleaned up in the garage as well as he did inside the house.
Pete checked in with me during every step of the process to make sure everything looked OK, including making sure the hose he installed was long enough to reach everywhere and going through the operations procedure with me to be sure I knew how to do it. Not only was he extremely competent, friendly, and polite, he made every effort possible to be sure I was satisfied. I would recommend him highly.

Very professional, on time, considerate and courteous. When the vacuum head I was given turned out to be too noisy, I was able to exchange for an older model that was great. I also got a refund for the difference in cost. I would definitely use them again if I purchased a new home.

Had two contacts with this company. The first to look at my old system and give me advice and the second to install a new vacuflo power unit. I was very pleased with all my contacts with this company. They were gave me an estimate for the new unit that was right on target with the final cost. The technician arrived on time and kept me informed, answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new unit.

Outstanding...with the older system I have in the home in which I recently moved, I went there expecting to have to buy a new head unit knowing the unit that came with the home was long ago discontinued. Also, when I moved in, there were no instructions on the system.
The technician quickly found something jamming the entire system and repaired it at no cost.
Ultimately I know I will need to get a new head unit, and I will go back to Gary's Vacuflow to get it.
