Kirk was awesome to work with. Always answered my calls. The garage floor guys were pros, showed up on time, knew what they were doing. Their customer portal was good for paying invoices. Only knock I had, was I was not there, so I only knew the work had started and finished via my ring cameras and technology. No one reached out each day to let me know the process like disconnecting the garage doors and leaving them 2” off the ground each night.I had to call Kirk and ask, but Kirk always answered my calls. Again, the quality was awesome, the stem walls looked great, and the floor is baller.

They are courteous, neat, competent and do what they say they will. Exterior paint for two story house. It looks great.

Actually probably the best painters we've ever hired, very competent and obviously progessionals. They did a walk thru after they were finished and the few small things we found we wanted done they did with no problem at all. We would certainly call them again for any of our painting needs.

I had tenants that insured I would have to repaint the entire inside of my home, a 2600 square foot house, when they moved out. I was in tears when I saw what they had done. I called Ryan at Five Star and he came out right away to take a look. His team did such a beautiful job and he worked with me to get the work done quickly (within a week of him seeing the mess). Five Star goes above and beyond and they did a lot of extras for me at no charge. They are generous with their time and talents and do beautiful work. Ryan saved me and I was able to get my house back on the market. If you are going to be a landlord in Bend, or just need a stellar painter, you need Ryan and his team at Five Star.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Ryan was early for the appraisal, bids came right away and were very fair. We booked him on a Monday, the work began Wednesday, and was completed by Friday noon and on budget. WOW! Nobody else does that in Bend that I have heard of.

These guys were great. I had an immediate response from the company, Michael came out to give the bid and they started the job on time and finished faster than expected. Essentially, their work was flawless. Perfect detailing, cut in/edges perfect. Beautiful work. Cleaned up after and did it all in a day. I would definitely hire them again!

His painters were absolutely awesome.

The painters did excellent work within two days. They were polite and cleaned up the work area too. I would recommend them to other people needing their home painted.
