Windermere is a huge real estate firm, but this is all about Gail Mann. We did our homework, identifying via the web about two dozen properties we wanted to look at. Gail spent two solid days ferrying us around (we were from out of town) and, when we discovered that the house we wanted had a competing offer on it, turned into a bulldog! She met us at 6:30 am to hammer out a counter-offer and kept in touch, hourly, while it was presented, countered, etc, etc. She gave us great advice; I dont think we would have gotten the house had it not been for her. We dealt with all the subsequent paperwork electronically; her technological savvy in this regard was a godsend.
