After we gave a $2000+ down payment, we learned that the painter would be on a 9 day vacation in the middle of our job. He estimated 10 days work, and it ended up being 26+ days. Painter was lazy, showed up whenever he wanted, and brought his dog to the house. He took additional jobs while we were desperate for him to finish our job. He did very sloppy work at first, claiming it gets fixed at the end. He DID NOT CLEAN UP his multiple paint spatters all over the stone floor and carpet. He did not use any painters tape the whole house! He ran the payment checks to the bank, literally cashing them moments after being written. He did a sloppy job on the stairs. There was a business partner dispute and break-up in the middle of our job, and we had extra stress associated with which name to write the checks to, etc. Very unprofessional and very lazy. Don't let them tell you just that painter was the problem, it was the whole operation.

The entire experience was pleasant and stress-free. Melanie and Jason were professional, friendly, courteous, and were flexible with our constantly changing circumstances about a start date. They kept us informed about any extra charges, what they were doing day-to-day, and what they thought would work best and match our needs. The price was excellent, the work was quick, and we are very happy with the results.

Fast, on time, reasonably priced, and did a great job.
