G & D Romanov Construction

Gennadiy and Daniel (G&D) performed brilliantly. They repaired all three chimneys essentially taking them from disaster state to like new state. The work they performed was top notch quality, exceeded expectations and their professionalism, friendliness and care was world class.
We purchased this house knowing the chimneys were in disrepair. G&D had quoted the job at them time we were purchasing (March 13) and when I called 3 months later Gennadiy explained they were very busy but could get to us in September. He called the a few days later and informed he had a job delayed and could start the next day. In they came and in 4.5 days they fully repaired each chimney and the firebox of our outdoor fireplace. 
What was most impressive is they did it right - they ground out every joint/seam to ensure that when they repointed it would last for another 50 years. Every joint! Many masons will just chip out the lose mortar and think that is enough, it is not. G&D truly repairs your chimneys - they don't just patch it, they repair it properly.
Other qualities of note:
- very professional, their quote was detailed and they stuck to it.
- its a messy job but they kept things tidy and at the end their clean up was spectacular, far beyond what I expected
- offered a few suggestions for other areas. Our house is brick and much of the landscaping is brick - walls & walks. Gennadiy didn't hesitate to offer his assessment when asked and it was rarely "you should fix that" it was always delivered with no salesmaship - "that should be ok for another 50 years", "that looks worse than it is, don't worry about that", "you should get that done in a few years".
I had a few different quotes and I am sure glad I chose G&D - I can confidently state that the job could not have been completed any better - it was as good as it gets and G&D is as good as it gets.
G&D is very busy and we got a little lucking getting our job in this summer - plan ahead, G&D is well worth it!

He is perfectionist. I cannot say enough god things about him. You don?t find many like that. He does a good job. He has a good eye for what can be done. H He is honest. He has done work with a couple of neighbors and they were happy and I have seen that work so I did not get any estimate from anybody else. He is not the cheapest but you get what you paid for. I would use him in the future. If anybody wants any referrals I am willing to do so.
