FURNITURE REVOLUTION

They assured me that "most orders arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, but we say 4 weeks just in case" I placed my order on 4/28/2007 and today is 6/13/2007. When I called to find out about my order after 4 weeks I was told "we are still loading a 53 foot trailer so it will be 7-10 more days" When I called again in a week I was told "we are still loading the 53 foot trailer and it will be 7-10 more days", this is after Bob the salesman and Manager took my order and even had another store get online and check to make sure that my furniture was in stock at Ashley. He told me that it was in stock and it would arrive in 2-4 weeks. Now he insists that he told me "2-4 weeks is just an estimate" when I suggested that he had lied to me about the time it would take he said "I don't have to take that abuse from you, now you are making me scream at you in front of another customer" Bob also told me "people have waited for seven months for furniture from another store" And I am still waiting for my furniture.
