The interaction with this company was very good. They were knowledgeable about what to do with the trees. They gave us advice and told us some things to do to make sure the tree remained healthy. They were polite. A single person came around, and they were very pleasant to talk to.

The job went beautifully. Everything was very smooth, they had a great interface on their website, they helped work through permits with the city, and used a lot of volunteer help.
