They were 10 minutes late, due to finishing up a prior job a bit later than expected. I don't hold 10 minutes against them at all. They called early to let me know they were running behind schedule. They were extremely professional and friendly. I'll use them again in the future, and will recommend them to others.

THEY WERE PHENOMENAL. IT LOOKS GREAT! I AM AMAZED THAT I GOT OFF THAT CHEAP! HE EVEN TOLD ME HE WAS RUNNING LATE AND HE CAME 15 MINUTES AFTER THE TIME I ORIGINALLY EXPECTED. HE WAS STILL PRACTICALLY EARLY! I USED THIS COMPANY AS A DIRECT RESULT OF ANGIE'S LIST. HE ALSO SAID THAT IF THE CAT URINE SMELL DOES COME BACK IN A COUPLE DAYS THEY WILL COME BACK AND RE-TREAT IT (PROBABLY FOR FREE SINCE I NO LONGER HAVE THE CAT).

THE TECHNICIAN WHO DID THE CLEANING WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PUNCTUAL. HE DID A THOROUGH JOB (INCLUDING PRE-TREATING THE STAINS). HE TOOK EXTRA TIME TO MAKE SURE ALL THE STAINS CAME OUT. OVERALL, I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
