About us
Free Geek is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that recycles technology and provides access to computers, the Internet, education and job skills in exchange for community service. We offer computers and other electronics for sale through our thrift store. Non-profits, schools, churches and community change organizations receive related equipment free through our Hardware Grants programs.

Free Geek sells computers and computer-related items through our thrift store. Almost all of our computers come with comprehensive warranties and tech support. Purchases made in the thrift store directly support our volunteer and education programs, and benefit the environment through reuse. We offer extensive volunteer opportunities and free classes for all community members.
