Locksmith Service
I had a few house keys and also a car key that I needed to have copies of, due to stupidly losing my keys on the Max (which I later recovered through Tri-met, believe it or not). You maybe wouldn't think of Fred's as a source for keys, but let me tell you, they know how to make a copy! I don't know whether or not this has hurt the smaller mom and pop stores, and the guy didn't exactly seem to be an expert, but they got the job done, and they worked, which was my bottom line.
