Frahler Electric

I can't speak highly enough of Frahler Electric. Their service, responsiveness and work quality was outstanding. PGE turned off our electric due to a short in the service panel. I contacted about a dozen electricians and was told it would be 6+ weeks before they could do the repair. Temps were 100+ degrees and we were without air conditioning. Frahler was able to work me into their schedule within 2 days, had the repair completed hours later and charged what I thought was a completely reasonable amount for the repair. I will definitely go to Frahler for any future electrical needs.

I'm a real estate agent, and used them to inspect some work for a homeowner. I specified to the contractor what the scope of work that needed to be done. He did not inspect all the items I requested. I talked to the manager, and he said they should have asked for the inspection report to have a list of the items to be inspected, which they did not. I asked if they could go back out to reinspect, since they made the mistake. He told me that it's after hours, and they would have to charge me more for the reinspect. To me, they should have done the reinspection at no cost, since they made the mistake. My career is based on serving others to gain future referrals. This company, and the way they treated me, shows that they do not care for referrals or their clients. Just my experience, but it speaks volumes to their company values.

Tracy was here promptly at 8:00, she brought supplies with her to do the work; she got right to work and installed the safety switch in the bathroom, the dimmer in a nook, she replaced another faulty switch in the basement and found out why my basement lights weren't working like they should. She advised me that a less expensive way to go would be to buy new florescent fixtures rather than have her try to fix them. They are inexpensive fixtures available at Home Depot- She installed two porch lights that I had purchased. In the course of replacing one porch light she discovered an error in the way the switch was wired and fixed that quickly.

We were impressed with their work. They were timely and all that. It is a good company to hire.

They saved me a fair amount of time and money. It was trouble free, they took care of all inspections as well. I was really pleased with their work. They preserved the integrity of the home where they installed the lighting as well. My tenant was very pleased with their work as well.
