THE SCREEN HAD TO RE-SCREENED TWICE. BY THE TIME THEY DID THAT THE PAINT WAS SCRAPED. IT LOOKS UGLY. THE STORM WINDOW DID NOT MATCH THE SHOW ROOM SAMPLE. JAN WHO WROTE THE ORDER WAS RUDE TO ME, AND CONSTANTLY YELLED AT HER EMPLOYEES. SHE NEEDS ANGER MANAGEMENT COUNSELING.
