We have been going to them for probably 20 years. They do good work. Their computer records keep track of everything. They do good follow up on their service. They are very good at letting you know if they uncover something that is unexpected and walk you through it before doing any work. They are very open with their communication.

The serviced is great! Brian Larson is a true professional that you can trust. The cost was about half of what the dealer wanted.

Firestone has rotated my summer and snow tires for several years now. I
took my car in today to have the summer tires put back on the car.
After 3 hours they called me to tell me they couldn't put the summer
tires on because they weren't and quot;road worthyand quot;. While I'm not sure that's
true, what irks me is they removed these tires in the fall, bagged them
and gave them to me to take home. If they weren't road worthy, why
didn't they tell me then? What did they think I was going to do with
them? It's 4:30 on Saturday when they called me, so now I have to go
pick up the car, as there isn't time to get tires today, and we need the
rig for a trip tomorrow morning. Iand quot;m happy to get new tires-I was expecting to do so this summer-but it won't be at Firestone.

I took the car in for its 90,000 mile service. The service writer gave me an estimate and promised the car by that afternoon. Later in the day he called to say it was ready. The total cost was the same as the estimate.

It was fine. They did what we asked them to do and they were efficient. They are reliable.

Scheduling was not a problem and they had the car ready when they estimated. The problem is in the quality of work. After the brakes were done, I have related service lights coming on and less than 1 year later the brakes need servicing again. After the tune up, the car has problems it never had before...like stalling at stops and when first backing out of the drive. It also runs a bit rougher. When I returned to Firestone to see if corrections could be made, the service man was very nice to check into it, but the response was that they were unable to do anything about these problems...I got the impression that they offer a long checklist of things they don't do or can't do and then charge a lot for simply changing spark plugs.

Dismal. With the purchase I was sold, lifetime balance, and road hazard along with a few other extended warranty type items. Shortly after purchase I noticed an out of balance condition, this happens. When I asked for the tires to be rebalanced shortly after purchase, I was told to schedule the service a week in the future and had to leave the car all day. Very good way of discouraging one from exercising their purchase, I never bothered to ask again. A few months ago I brought a tire in for a flat repair under the road hazard coverage I paid for. I was told the tire could not be repaired due to the location of the puncture. He just glanced at the tire, did not touch it or inspect. I took it to another shop where the technician told me that with the kind of puncture I had the tire needed to come off the wheel to determine if it was repairable. In this case the tire was well within the safe zone for repair. They simply did not want to do the work. A few weeks ago I tried again with a different tire. (flats are very rare for me, having two so close in time was extraordinary) This time I was told the tires were too old. They would not repair a tire over three years old. I pointed out the contract I had did not have a time limit. Tires were covered as long as there was a minimum amount of tread. I asked the store manager to either perform the repair or refund what I paid for the extra services. At that point his voice became raised and possibility a reasonable conversation vanished. I turned my back and walked out. I wrote Firestone a letter complaining. The company agreed with my understanding of the terms and refunded the difference. It seems that at this store they see performing work under an extended warranty as working for free and will do anything to avoid it. They don t see it as performing work they have been paid for. If you do business with this store, do not buy anything extra. You will need the incentive of payment for each service to get the work done.

I called to see if they could take my car in that day (it's a fleet vehicle) and they were very friendly and said they would fit it in that day without any problem. They did the work so fast by the time I got home they had called to tell me the work was done.
