FINK'S LUGGAGE

Excellent, professional, and exceptional customer service. This is at least the second time we have had our well traveled suitcases expertly repaired at Finks. Alex Fink was very knowledgeable about our type of cases and evaluated their condition and repair needs. During our most recent repair, one of the wheel parts was a bit of a challenge for them to match (they are much older cases) and took them a couple of days longer than unexpected. In an 'above and beyond' customer service follow thru Alex delivered the case to our doorstep in order to get it to us in time for an out of town trip. We are so impressed with Fink's luggage and will choose them every time for any of our luggage needs.

They did a really terrific job in 24 hours. Would recommend VERY highly !

Work was done timely and they did a great job. This is the first time I have ever had luggage repaired so I was a little surprised at the cost to change 2 wheels on one and 1 wheel on the other...but cheaper than buying two new pieces of rolling luggage!

Airline sent my damaged suitcase to Fink's Luggage Repair 9am on Monday morning. Suitcase was delivered to my house looking like NEW the following Wednesday by 9am. Really appreciated Fink's repair work, because lots of good memories associated with this suitcase. Airline paid for repair work.

I was told the repair would cost more than than the case was worth and that I could possibly find an equivilent for less than the repair.  Given that the case was old, badly constucted and borrowed I asked for, and recieved, a replacement value I could provide to the owner.

I originally submitted a request on their website, but didn't hear back for a couple of days. Decided to take a chance and just go there, even though they're about 25 minutes away from where I live. A very nice gentleman greeted me in the store, and offered to see if his staff could fix it while I waited. I really appreciated this, since it meant I didn't have to come back. They found a couple of other flaws, and put in several new zipper pulls in about 15 minutes. In hind sight, I don't recall needing any new zipper pulls other than the ones I asked them to replace... hmmm.... But I was grateful to get this taken care of so quickly. The man said when he told me the price that, and quot;You're lucky. Normally it would be $40.and quot; It probably would have been better to get a quote before I let them proceed, but sometimes and quot;time is money.and quot;

They didn't try to sell me anything. In fact, I went in with one piece of luggage that had a tear on one side and I was afraid it would get worse and the guy talked me out of getting it repaired. He said I could do it if I wanted but that it was mostly a cosmetic thing and didn't have anything to do structurally and recommended I not do anything. I thought that was nice that he didn't try to do something unnecessary. I had another piece that had a broken wheel and something underneath structurally that needed fixed and he took care of that. He offers a very nice service and I was impressed.

They have good selection of guys. They are very knowledgeable. I would use them in the future.

I was given a written estimate for cost and time needed, and then I received an e-mail confirmation (very professional). The repair was completed early and I was notified by e-mail. The cost was exactly the estimate, so there were no surprises. I would use them again.

I've owned a Pathfinder wheeled large briefcase for years. I've joked about it having more miles on it than most cars, as I travel a lot for work. The telescoping handle finally gave out and I took it to Finks' for repair. When I picked it up, I was told there was no charge; that this was a perk of buying from Finks. I said I hadn't bought it there, and there was still no charge. Experiences like this are getting very rare, Finks is to be commended. Angie's List: You need to have $0.00 as an option for the cost. I put in a dollar after two rejections of zero (0.00) and two rejections of one cent (0.01).

My purse had a broken interior zipper which they repaired in a timely manner. They are a locally owned business so I like to support these however I have one complaint and that is I could hear Rush Limbaugh blaring from the radio. This is unprofessional and would give me hesitation about going there again. Any radio program like this needs to be played so that customers don't hear it.

Finks does a fine job of repairing instrument cases (Ive had a 1920s banjo case extensively rebuilt and rejuvenated, as well as several others). Ive also had luggage repaired there. They are knowledgeable, timely, competent, and reasonably-priced. Staffed by the Fink family and immigrants (from Ukraine?), they know their business.

The job was handled quickly and efficiently.
