You are in good hands if you choose Michael Wright of Summit as your mortgage broker. He helped us through the very complicated process of acquiring a home loan. He is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and is a great resource. He was able to find a really good interest rate for us (better than other brokers that we had contacted) and even was able to come up with some additional credits for us that reduced our closing costs. Michael was present at the time of signing on the loan and helped double check and make sure that we understood the loan and title transfer details. Michael works on the principle of repeat business and referrals. He has continued to check in with us periodically and every Thanksgiving invites his clients, past or present, to drop by his office to pick up a free bottle of wine and for a chat. We will definitely use Michael again in the future for refinancing and have already referred a work colleague to him.
