Started with a visit to the showroom. We were very impressed with all the products they had onsite to see. Next we made an appointment with a sales rep. We were again very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the sales rep. Ferguson was able to meet or beat any price we could find on all our items. We placed an order for all our appliances, sinks and faucets. When they arrived we were not quite ready, so they stored our order for a few months for us until we were ready for delivery. We scheduled delivery at a convient time our us and received a call from the delivery team the day before to confirm. The delivery team arrived right on time the day of delivery. We were notified by the delivery person there was a dent in one of the appliance boxes. We inspected the refrigerator inside and found it did have a small dent. We called Ferguson right away and they told us to leave the item on the truck and they would order a new one for us....no questions asked. Within an hour I received a call back from our Ferguson sales rep. telling us that the refrigerator was ordered and would be in within 1 week. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would highly recommend Ferguson to anyone.
