TERRIBLE!!!!! $65 just to show up, which we understand. 12-2 appointment window, called at 2, now 2-4 window. we understand people get busy, ok. Showed up at 3:45, made a mess leaving wire clippings all over the floor. Very rude and verbally abusive to me. Called later to verify part was ordered and would be 'in" in a couple of days. called a couple of days later to see if i needed to set up an appointment and/or the status of the part. denied ordering the part, called me stupid and hung up on me. Husband witnessed ALL of this. DO NOT USED THESE PEOPLE!!! FRAUD!!!!
