Joe was responsive to phone calls and came out promptly to bid the job. Once we had decided on him, it took a while to actually get him out to do the work, but as it is a two-man team, that's understandable. More communication would have been better; it would have been especially nice to know that the roofing materials were being delivered one Sunday am, BEFORE they started stomping around on the roof while I was still sleeping. Once started, the work was done well and quickly - it took the two of them about 4 days total. My roof looks about 5000 times better.
