Felt a little like a used car transaction. We wanted two bathroom fans replaced. They gave what we thought was a high bid and we elected to only replace the one fan absolutely needed. They immediately came down in price by $200. I was looking for a trustworthy company that would give me a fair price upfront which wasn’t the case. Felt a little sleazy. Made me wonder how much I overpriced for the project and are seeking a different electrician for the remaining fan. People were nice to deal with and installation was fine.

Highly overpriced and unprofessional. The company can not be trusted to do electrical work. They also have unfair pricing including not disclosing anything until they hit you with a bill when it’s all done and you see pricing for bad work at over $400 an hour. Unsure of their work and guessing as they go on your time and money.

From start to finish, our experience with Falcon was top notch. They quickly responded to my service request and were able to get us on the schedule in under two weeks. Loi Sam and the apprentices who performed with work were extremely professional and treated our home with respect. Loi Sam kept me up to date with progress of the job and recommend the perfect layout for the can lights to be installed in our vaulted ceiling. Parts of the job ended up being more complicated and taking longer than expected, but they never once complained about it, rather appreciated the extra challenges. I am extremely pleased with the work completed by the electricians at Falcon and would most definitely hire them again in the future.

It was very easy to work with Falcon Services. Our questions were always promptly and courteously answered. In particular, after having read the transfer switch manual, I had questions about the appropriate way to wire certain main panel circuits to the transfer switch panel circuits. Scott explained thoroughly and patiently why he made the connections as he did. I would readily have Falcon Services do work for us in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical services.

They were very responsive, answering questions during the bidding process. Once they were selected, they set a service date. They notified ahead of arrival, were on time. This was the only firm that came out to do a free job review and estimate. The same electrician did the work. When they needed to adjust to solve a problem they discussed it with us first. After the installation they helped re-label our panel, which had some mis-marked breakers. That took longer than expected due to chasing some ghost circuits. They did not charge above the original estimate for this project. They were professional and observed health protocols. All went well.

Loi and his assistant were very professional and informative. Even helped us replace a cracked outlet box on the outside of the house which had not been included in the original quote. I would definitely hire again.

Their service is excellent. They responded to my emails quickly and send me notification via text message. That saved a lot of my time since I cannot take/make phone calls during day time. Their engineers are very polite, friendly, and dedicated. I will definitely hire them again.

We've hired Falcon a few times to do some work for us, including running some wire in the kitchen and installing a new circuit for floor heating in a bathroom. They've always been very responsive and have handled our jobs quickly and reasonably. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Excellent! The bid process was easy, scheduling was a snap, they were on time, the work was completed on time, and we couldn't be happier with the quality. We've used Scott and his team in the past and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.

The generator wasn't starting up. Scott diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently. In addition, he inspected the related switches and circuit breakers, and gave me useful information about maintaining the system. I asked whether it could be retrofitted to start up automatically every month -- a step recommended to keep the system operational -- and he promised to research it.

Great. I had spent hours trying to determine why a circuit stopped working. Sam and Bryan showed up on time and identified the problem within 5 minutes. I was impressed. They fixed the problem, put everything back together, and did a few small things I had requested. Also made some suggestions for possibly adding some circuits I had asked about. Both men were very professional, organized, and personable. Thanks again.

Problem solved!

We chose Falcon because we were so highly satisfied with earlier work - replacing all of the ceiling wiring to fixtures, including the switch legs. This job went just as well. Scott is highly competent and professional, and he sets a high standard for his apparently-growing crew. When we approved the proposal, we were able to schedule out just about two weeks into the future. Scott and crew arrived promptly, and finished the work on the short side of a two-to-three day estimate. Scott listened carefully to our interests and concerns, and was responsive to them. They are skilled, resourceful, hard-working, unfailingly polite, and good to have around the house. One notable thing for this job: it was to entail a significant amount of cutting into old plaster and lath, and we expected to engage a separate contractor to repair this. The crew, not at our request, thoughtfully modified the work plan (making it more difficult for themselves) to minimize the wall damage. In the end, the magnitude of it was such that I, a competent and experienced home repair amateur, was able to fix things up nicely. Cleanup is always hard to get perfect, but this bunch does it as well as anybody. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience working with Falcon Electric. Their communication was great the entire process and the service was even better. I will look to use them again for my electrical needs.

The job went beautifully. I was contacted by the office beforehand so the electricians had a clear picture as to what needed to be done. Rick and Scott, the electricians, were really skilled and took care to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I'll say that this was one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with a contractor. I highly recommend Falcon Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done.

The whole experience was exceptional. They were able to come out the next day after I phoned them, gave me a two hour window in which they would come (they came near the beginning on that two hour window), called 30 minutes before arrival, and fixed everything very well. I was only going to have them replace one outlet, but asked them if they had time to replace other outlets that needed to be replaced, which they did. Scott (the owner) and Jeromesy (not sure if that is how his name is spelled) were both very friendly, personable, and professional. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I would definitely call them again for electrical repairs around the house. I would strongly recommend them.

Ultimately we'll. Took a couple of visits to get switch programmed correctly.

Scott was on time, efficient and did a great job. I was very pleased with the service, but especially how quickly they were able to get the job done from when I called to schedule earlier in the week.
