EXECUTIVE CHEM DRY

The technician arrived a few minutes early for his appointment and was very courteous. He recommended specific treatments for our carpeting based on foot traffic and our dogs. He spot-cleaned a couple of areas where pets had peed and the carpet was like new after he finished with it. He also applied a protective finish on the carpeting for the future. It is great that this company uses less/non chemical treatments for the carpet cleaning. There was very little odor after the cleaning was finished. Overall, this company did a superb job. We will definitely use them again when the carpets need cleaning. Highly recommended.

we've used this company before to clean our wall-to-wall carpeting. they consistently do an excellent job. the quote, given over the phone with the understanding that the actual job might be a different price (they accepted measurements i made over the phone and said that their measurements might be a little different) was right on. jake, the cleaner, explained how i might remove small stains myself in the future. he was clear and helpful. he did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. they look great. all stains gone. and, as promised, they were dry. (we once used another company, which left the carpets wet - took over 24 hrs to dry).

I WAS QUITE SATISFIED. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A GOOD JOB. I HAD HIRED THEM TO DO THE CARPET, AND WHEN HE GOT THERE I REALIZED THAT I WANTED THE CHAIRS DONE, AS WELL, AND HE 1ST THOUGHT HE WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK, BUT HE WAS ABLE TO FIT IT IN.

I'VE USED THEM BEFORE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM BECAUSE I LIKE THE STUFF THEY PUT ON THE CARPET. IT DOESN'T GET THE CARPET TOO WET. WHEN WE SET UP THE APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE HERE ON TIME.
