Euroclassic Furniture

My first experience with Euroclassic Furniture took place almost 20 years ago, when I was buying a living room furniture for my new house. The quality of furniture and the variety of styles amazed me, so I always go back ever since if I need another piece of furniture. Jon, the owner, appeared to be the most trustworthy person I have ever seen in the sales business. I purchased from him my amazing Italian leather living room furniture, the bedroom set, the china curios, children's furniture, etc. It has always arrived on time even though sometimes I had to wait until the factory makes my pieces. I don't mind to wait few weeks because I know that my piece will be made of solid wood and exquisite and hard to find. The sales people at the store are very patient. I usually take hours to make my choice... and then change my mind and make yet another choice... They are very kind and willing to help with the choice options. The delivery crew is super nice and professional. They helped me to get rid of old mattress and set my new bed and a mattress where I needed. Not sure what would I do without them. I strongly recommend this store, if you are looking for personal attention and different styles at most affordable price.

Absolutely horrific experience. They do not disclose that all merchandise is non-refundable, you are forced to buy something else from the store if you have to return items. In addition, all the orders that we tried - five times - were wrong - color not as in catalogue, broken, out of stock, wrong item, etc. Communication is awful - they will not answer calls, return calls asking for status updates, store will be closed when they should be open per stated operating hours. At the end, they agreed to refund me due to their failure to fulfill the order, and then did not process the refund, and stopped taking my calls, I left messages for two weeks and eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Shame on this company, they do business like in Russia, except, thank God we have consumer protection rights in the USA.

When we looked through the store we saw beautiful styles but could not see style that we were looking for. Very friendly sales lady came offered catalogs. We were amazed how many different styles they can offer. We told lady what we want and our budget. We stayed in store for hours picking out styles. Sales lady very talented with design skills. We found gorgeous living, dining, bedroom set in a price we can afford. Special order took only 10 days. Delivery guys set up furniture in few hours. We love our new furniture in a new house. We will deffenetly shop again and recommend to our family.

Euroclassic Furniture is without a doubt the BEST place to buy furniture in Portland. Over the last 10 years I've shopped their on numerous occasions and always was satisfied with their great selection and wonderful service. John the owner has been at the same location since 1984 and his family has been in the furniture business in Portland since 1938. When you walk in to Euroclassic Furniture you won't be met by a bunch of pushy salesmen in fact you might not see anyone as you leisurely browse through three floors of all types of furniture, beautiful sofas and chairs, leather backed swivel bar stools, beautiful wood dining room sets and just about anything else you can imagine. John the owner is there Monday through Friday and He's usually lounging in one of his overstuffed chairs. When he sees you he will ask if you need any help or just want to look around, he never tries to sell you something you don't want but if you need his help he will give you his sole attention in helping you find just exactly what you are looking for. Along with a fabulous selection of quality furniture his prices are the best in town and they will deliver whatever you order. When you visit the store be sure to ask for John, you will enjoy a fabulous furniture shopping experience even if you just want to browse. Euroclassic Furniture is the best kept secret in Portland and definitely worth your time to check it out.
