 + -1 moreThey have a room rate, so what they quoted to me was right on the money. They cleaned 1000 square feet of wall to wall, not counting the kitchen and bathroom. My wife and I are in the process of selling a house, as you can see.
Description of Work: They had to clean all the wall to wall carpet in the house. They didn't have to move furniture because the house was empty.

Description of Work: Very competent and professional. Michael Cargill came to the home to give an estimate and suggestions for treating the carpet we inherited in our new home. He showed up prepared, on time, and gave 150% to get the job done. Did a fantastic job too. Will save me money now as I won't have to replace the carpet as soon as I expected.

 + 0 moreMR CARGILL CAME PREPARED (AS OPPOSED TO ANOTHER COMPANY WE HAD CALLED). OUR CARPET LOOKS GREAT. HE ALSO TALKED WITH MY HUSBAND ABOUT HOW TO TREAT THE SPOTS WHEN THEY FIRST HAPPEN TO KEEP THEM FROM GETTING BAD AND PROVIDED A SOLUTION TO USE ON SPILLS AND SPOTS.

 + -1 moreMR CARGILL WAS QUICK, SWEATY (AFTER USING 220 DEGREE HEATED WATER!) AND VERY NICE. HE DID TRY TO GET ME TO BUY 'EXTRA' ADDITIVES WHICH I DIDN'T ASK FOR OR WANT AND DIDN'T PUSH AFTER I TOLD HIM I WASN'T INTERESTED.
Description of Work: I GOT THEIR NAME/NUMBER FROM CRAIG'S LIST AND MADE AN APPT FOR THE NEXT DAY FOR MY HUGE SECTIONAL TO BE STEAM CLEANED AS MY YOUNG CHILDREN EAT ON IT AND IT WAS OLD AND STARTING TO HAVE THAT 'OLD COUCH' SMELL.
