They have a room rate, so what they quoted to me was right on the money. They cleaned 1000 square feet of wall to wall, not counting the kitchen and bathroom. My wife and I are in the process of selling a house, as you can see.

Mike was on time. Due to the fact that I'm on the second floor, there was a logistics problem that was soon overcome. The chair was cleaned satisfactorily.

MR CARGILL CAME PREPARED (AS OPPOSED TO ANOTHER COMPANY WE HAD CALLED). OUR CARPET LOOKS GREAT. HE ALSO TALKED WITH MY HUSBAND ABOUT HOW TO TREAT THE SPOTS WHEN THEY FIRST HAPPEN TO KEEP THEM FROM GETTING BAD AND PROVIDED A SOLUTION TO USE ON SPILLS AND SPOTS.

MR CARGILL WAS QUICK, SWEATY (AFTER USING 220 DEGREE HEATED WATER!) AND VERY NICE. HE DID TRY TO GET ME TO BUY 'EXTRA' ADDITIVES WHICH I DIDN'T ASK FOR OR WANT AND DIDN'T PUSH AFTER I TOLD HIM I WASN'T INTERESTED.
