Being that this was my first home purchase I was nervous of the the unknown, basically I was nervous of the whole process in general. She broke the whole process down step by step and made it very easy to understand. When I did have questions she responded very quickly. I am very glad that I found Julee and would use her again.

 + -1 moreAs mentioned, Julee is very clear and easy to understand. She lays out complicated options in such a way that I did not feel pressured by her opinion and felt like I could be completely level with her about my wishes, fears and concerns. My boyfriend and I had many questions for her and she was always willing to answer them to the best of her ability, which was always stellar. Worked with Andrew from her office as well and they were a great team. We never felt manipulated or ignored, a great experience.
Description of Work: My boyfriend and I went to Julee on the recommendation of a friend, not sure at all of what the home buying process was like. Julee gave us a list of documentation to provide at our first meeting, whipped through the paperwork and explained the home buying process, steps, options, etc. in a clear and refreshingly simple manner. She gave us the information we needed to start working with a real estate agent and was available with remarkable quickness every time we had a question or needed updated information.

 + -1 moreWe had no idea if we would even qualify for buying a home. We met with Julee and she took our information and looked around on her computer. She definitely knows what she is doing. We were very confident with her abilities. We only met with her a few times. Each meeting was quick and painless. She took care of all the paperwork once we filled out a few forms.
Description of Work: Julee helped walk us through the process of getting a mortgage. She explained our options and figured out how much we qualified for. We had to pay for credit reports ($23 each).
