Left a mess, and after coming back to clean up, I still have a lot of bits of shingle everywhere. Noticed a ragged trim around the skylight, and the owner admitted he'd noticed it, but didn't clean it up. I don't know if the skylight is waterproof because the ceiling wasn't finished (due to a misunderstanding) and the ceiling is still to be done.
