Elemental Energy

We had our house reroofed in January 2025. I got several bids, all came in about the same cost. We ended up selecting Elemental based on their knowledge of our existing system (Enphase) and their great description of what was going to happen. They coordinated with our roofing company to make the whole process seamless. The technicians that did the work were very professional and did a great job explaining what they were doing. The original mounting hardware had leaked a bit requiring our roofer to replace about 10 sheets of sheathing. The technician explained how the new mounting system would protect against leaks. They also applied some additional caulk to ensure a good seal. I would highly recommend Elemental for anyone that needs a removal/reinstall for reroofing.

Very professional from start to finish. Josh Little did the initial bid and array design. Project manager was Tom Crowe. They and the installers were great. All was done on schedule and with great availability.

Elemental Energy is an outstanding company. The solar system install was done in a single day. Allie and Tom were great to work with, they answered all my questions and were very responsive. The community credit union they work with offered a great loan rate, which was better than my own community credit union. Overall a wonderful experience.

I did a lot of research into various companies providing solar installations -- roughly 10 companies, both local and national. Elemental Energy stood far above them all in just about every aspect.
Elemental was very quick to respond to my initial consultation request on their website, where some other companies didn't respond for weeks!
Elemental was very friendly and amiable where some other companies' representatives were awkward and difficult to interface with.
Elemental was prompt and professional where some other companies showed up to appointments a half hour late with no warning or explanation.
Elemental was very easy to communicate with, forthcoming with information when I asked questions, and great at explaining very technical details in an understandable, simple manner. Some other companies made me feel like I was pulling teeth.
Elemental was respectful of my privacy and not at all pushy on the sales front where some other companies incessantly emailed and called me on the phone trying to win my business back after I'd already told them 'no'. Ugh.
Elemental was incredibly quick to install everything. The panels and electrical wiring were physically in place only 10 days after me signing the contract, and it was completed within the span of a single day. Other companies gave me estimates as high as 6 months before they would be able to begin construction.
Elemental's employees have been directly involved with non-profit organizations that work to provide clean water and energy to developing nations around the world. It felt pretty great personally to support a business whose members do such work.
Perhaps most objectively, Elemental's quote was less than almost every other quote I received for a comparable system, often significantly so. One company offered a lower bid, but they had .... other problems. (see above)
Elemental Energy has continued to stay in touch since the system was installed, offering support and answers to my technical questions.
The system's online now, supplying my house with electricity. Everything went so smoothly! If we need another solar system installed at any point in the future, Elemental Energy will be the company I call.

It was great. They did a good job. I have no complaints. Everything is working fine. They were very good and always super responsive via email. They're great.
