Eco Cleaning Services

Francesca hires unprofessional cleaners that do not complete the job. We paid one of her cleaners for 20 hours to clean our empty home, as we had moved out of state. Upon completion, there were still things that needed to be done, so Francesca sent someone back to complete the job they had already paid for, and ended up charging my credit card again that I had given her to pay for the original clean.

talked to francesca on the phone and arranged for our apartment to be cleaned the next day. the "cleaner" she ended up sending arrived the next morning 1 hour late. also they were suppose to bring their own cleaning supplies, but instead they ended using all of ours. we paid the cleaner for an 8 hour day of general cleaning, but instead got a poor sloppy cleaning job amounting to max 1 hour worth of work. nothing was really clean, things were placed into piles, personal belonging were snooped through, personal belongings disappeared and or were thrown away, and at the of the day we found the cleaner's spouse hanging out at the apartment too (a stranger we have not met nor have we given them permission to enter our home). at the end of this experience we felt extremely frustrated, upset, and violated, and we still had a dirty apartment. Francesca the so called boss of the company never bothered to return our calls no matter how many voicemails we left her. we never heard back from her and ended up cancelling the check. we figured that any real business owner will at least inquire why a costumer cancelled their check, but no Francesca has no contacted us. after doing much research online we have concluded that even though there is an 'eco cleaning services' registered as a business in 2012, they failed to renew their license in 2014 and are no longer a legal business. their claim to be "licensed bonded and insured " can no be true if they are not registered as a legal business. and further more their claim that "all of the cleaners have had background checks and drug tests" is completely untrue. the cleaner who ended up doing the horrible sloppy cleaning job admitted to us that Francesca hired her the previous friday based on a craigslist ad, with absolutely no background or drug testing whatsoever. conclusion- eco cleaning services this is not a real business!! stay away from it.

I am very happy with the cleaning services! I have been using Eco Cleaning for a couple of months and I'm extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of the staff. I loved Christina so much that I asked to have her as my regular cleaner and she now comes every 2 weeks on Wednesdays. Wednesday is my new favorite day of the week now. I would recommend Eco Cleaning over others and have purchased several Groupons in the past to try out different companies and wasn't as satisfied in the service. Also, we have 2 dogs and a cat who love Christina and felt very comfortable with her in the house.
