I had 3 bids and Brian's was the closest to what I was thinking. We went through the whole project on paper so I was sure he understood exactly what I wanted. During the project Brian was willing to listen to my opinion and we worked through some strange circumstances. He was honest, forthright and accountable to the penny. I am grateful for his hard work and if given the same circumstances I would do it all over again.

Brain was careful and skilled at dismantling the brittle old wood. He sanded and refinished and replaced or repaired all the wood in the stairwell as well as adding a very nice handrail.
