Ethan was great as our general contractor, able to help us plan and permit a major kitchen and adjoining bath remodel. The house is 100 years old, but Ethan was able to roll with the various issues that came up as we opened up walls and encountered all kinds of "interesting" remodeling choices from the past. The city inspector complemented him on his problem solving for fixing pre-existing structural issues that needed to be addressed. The job site was kept clean and lead paint issues were properly handled. He is very careful and conscientious in his work.

Our basement den room needed a serious remodel - cutting through a support beam to make room for a door, refinishing window ledges, drywall, you name it! Not only was Ethan skilled enough to successfully complete all of this very important work, but he also did an amazing job with the detailed vision we had for arched alcoves and juniper-lined walls. He's helped with a number of other projects for our house and is always very open to ideas (no matter how challenging), professional, and great to work with. Highly recommended!

The work was mostly completed while we were on vacation. Ethan worked with us to be able to be able to stay in the house and function while he worked quickly to get the jobs completed. I especially love the bathroom floor.
