This was the second time I've used East Canyon Collision and Automotive.  Both times Mr. Vu has been very courteous and upfront with expected costs.

This time as a result of a fender bender the car's hood was crooked. The initial estimate was $400. The work was promised to be finished by 4:00 of the second day.

As in many similar situations there was some other damage that had been hidden. So when I came to pick up the car it was not ready because the hood had to be painted. We had not talked about any painting previously. Mr. Vu rushed to have the work completed so I could take the car at the end of the work day. When finished, he had me take a look before I paid.

At home I took a closer inspection and found he had also fixed a dent in the bumper. No extra charge!

The hood is straight, which was the only work I had contracted for, it was painted, and the bumper was repaired.

Contact with the front desk was professional and courteous.  The work done was proficient and efficient.  The cost of the service was average for a tune up. 

It was the quickest auto maintenance experience I've ever had; the owner explained it by saying he doesn't have a large parking lot, so he can't hold a lot of cars for long. He stocks the common items, and puts two men on the job, so he can have fast turnover. I asked him to check my spark plugs, because I couldn't remember if they'd been replaced at the appropriate time. He could have said that they needed replacement, but didn't; he told me they were fine, and that I'd probably just forgotten having it done. He was recommended by a friend, and I will do the same.
