We had Drew and Steve come out to do our home in Kelso at the recommendation of our neighbors. There recommendations was well deserved. They were on time, extremely professional, did a fantastic job and were reasonably priced.

Drew and Steve's Floor Care is the only carpet cleaning company I have used in this house. I have used them several times throughout the approximately the past 10 years. This time I left my carpets dirty for way too long... really worried I may have ruined some rooms by the amount of stains left to sit in the carpet!!! I looked at other carpet companies, looked at the coupons that come in the mail, and I was definitely thinking I'd be paying a lot for the cleaning. Finally I made the call to Drew  & Steve's. I didn't even bother to ask them what the price would be - I knew from past experience they charged very fairly. And again they did not let me down when it came to the price part of cleaning my carpets!
Both mean arrived to do the job. They arrived on time if not just a few minutes early. I showed them around to show off the stains and what would need or not need moving. They laid out protection for the floor and each man started work on cleaning a floor of my house. Their cleaning system truck easily allowed for more than one man to clean at the same time. I would not be surprised if from the initial knock on the door to when the last of their equipment was out of my house was less than 3 hours. They were fast, they did a great job. Told me where problem areas of my carpet were and offered to come back to put more product on an area of the carpet being destroyed by an exercise machine's feet if the stains were still showing when it dried. It only took a few hours for most the carpet to be dry... much of the furniture was able to be taken back off the plastic pieces by evening.
I highly recommend this company. They came to me from recommendation of a friend many years ago. The owners are the guys who show up to do the cleaning. I would not hesitate to leave them alone in my house to do their work if necessary. The job is done good and efficiently. Kudo's guys!

They were waiting for me, ahead of time. Took impeccable care of the owner's property - including wrapping small rugs around the hoses to protect doorways from any possible scuffs.They were very quick, professional and cleaned up after themselves.

They were punctual and courteous and moved all the furniture. They used a cleaner that is not toxic and removed all of the residue from former cleanings The carpet is 13 years old and looks almost new and is soft to the touch. They used big fans so the carpet was almost dry when they left. While they have a Washington address, they also have Oregon telephone number. the number in Washington is: 360-892-7003.
