Brad Dressler came to our house and took measurement to make sure he had an accurate view of the spaces we wanted heated and cooled. He was very knowledgeable about all of the systems, several of which I hadn't heard of before and which he explained to me in very easy way to understand. We walked through each room to get a precise understanding of each room. This wasn't just for room size, but also for the number of windows and other environmental factors, like trees and which way the rooms were oriented in relationship to the sun. Brad also talked about different places we could put different heating/cooling units (in the garage, outside, in the attic) and some of the opportunities were surprising. Then Brad explained the various tax incentives that could be gotten as well as their duration. Brad made sure, several times in fact, that I understood what he was talking about and that all my questions were answered.
I was surprised at how quickly I received an accurate design of my house with all of the necessary pieces for the next step, finding a heating contractor to install the system we chose.
I couldn't be happier with the work done by Dressler Consulting and would recommend them again.
