It went very well I have a very old house so there were some challenges, but they were able to work around the plumbing and clear the plug in the entire network of pipes.

My experience with Drains 4 Less worked out just fine. I have used the services of Drains 4 Less. I just had some clogged drains and they cleaned them up. They were close by and their response was quick and the price was reasonable. I haven't had any problems since. My experience with them was an 'A'. They were fine. They did a good job.

I strongly recommend Drains 4 Less. It's a one-man operation. He gets the job done and doesn't push for the sale. He knows his field. A very pragmatic specialist who really cares and tells you what options you have. If you end up spending a bit more, it's because your drain is really clogged and you need a more drastic method that Drains 4 Less can provide.

Drains 4 Less is all about common sense. A really good choice. Plus, he's very punctual and explains to you how a draining system works and what you can do to avoid clogging it, etc.

Kitchen sinks,3, were all plugged,use of plunger,snakes,commercial pressure bombs,chemicals were all dead ends.Got online and checked plumbers in my area,one I called was busy but they suggested Drains 4 Less,called them and had a tech scheduled for that afternoon.Dominic showed up and assessed the situation. He was able to remove a plastic cleanout plug I had failed to remove and which I thought was going to have to be drilled out.He then brought out this spendy looking electric snake[I had been at Home Depot that morning ,one of many trips to try and solve this problem,and saw one on sale for 500.00] and was able to run that snake 40' through my plumbing to clean it out,that was an artist at work,he knew how to free up that line every time it got stuck and continue on.I was impressed,this is the first time I have ever had to call a plumber and hopefully the last,but if I do,you know where I going

The plumber is very good. He did an excellent job. He is courteous, friendly, honest, and efficient. He makes good recommendations. He tells me why he is doing what he is doing. He makes suggestions and I like the way he works. He doesn't waste time and he does his best to keep things as long as they can be kept going, but he tells me if something needs to be replaced. He is the best plumber I have ever had.

Called for service and left message. Received a call back in about an hour. Schedule to meet at home that same day, between noon and 1:30. Dominic called me at work; he had finished early and could meet me at home at 11:00. Met at home and explained problem: kitchen sink drain was backing up in to laundry room sink. Dominic looked at the areas and recommended two solutions. Cable from kitchen or replace old pipes behind washing machine (old remodel had two galvinized traps behind washing machine and would be difficult to cable) and cable from laundry room out to sewer line. Chose the latter option, with a $400 estimate. Work took approximately two hours. We have a small hole in the sheet rock to repair, but the plumbing work looks great! Dominic tested drains, which cleared immediately. Our laundry room sink has never drained so fast in the 13 years we've lived in our home. Dominic cleaned up the work area, then explained to check the plumbing under our home in a couple of weeks to make sure there are no leeks, especially at the joints. Dominic wrote up our bill, gave us a one time/first time service Angie's member discount, and explained the work was on a 30 day warranty.

The service from initial phone call to service completion was excellent. I called and spoke to Debbie around 10:00 am and explained the problem. She very quickly quoted me the service cost, Angie's List service coupon included, and worked with me on scheduling same day service. Per my request she set up a 2:30 pm service call. About an hour before my appointment, Dominick, the service tech, called to make sure I'd be able to get home from work to get the job done. At 2:28 pm I pulled into my driveway to find Dominick waiting for me. After a quick check of an adjacent sink drain to make sure that was draining properly, he went right to work and had the clogged removed in very short order. In addition to be very competent and professional, Dominick was courteous and very good natured. Although clogged drains are a nuiscence, I would not hesitate to call Drains 4 Less to deal with another one.

I called first thing Monday morning, and he was out that afternoon. As promised, they phoned me at work 1/2 hour before they arrived so I had time to get home. I appreciated their consideration in missing as little of work as possible. I also appreciated the explanations of what was wrong and why. I absolutely would hire them again.

They were great! Came out the same day we called, the price quoted over the phone was exactly what we paid and he gave a detailed recommendation for what the next steps were to replace our very old pipe system.

They were friendly and explained everything. They were responsive and fast. I would use them again in the future.

The service was excellent. All of the problems were diagnosed, explained and fixed. The plumber went out of his way to find some supplies that were needed.

Very well, got the job done, no problems since.

I phoned the company and spoke to Debra. She said she could get someone over the same day around noon. But, I had to go pick up guests at the airport at that time and was hoping someone could come sooner. She said that she could try and Dominic came 30 minutes earlier than expected which was great because it gave me more time to get to the airport. Dominic was very friendly and fast. Excellent work.

They came out within the hour that I called, performed the job in an efficient and timely matter, and even mentioned a few other concerns about the outside water spigots.

It went magnificently; Dominic to the rescue! We were totally stymied, night was falling, water on the bathroom floor was rising. Poor Dominic had to abandon a golf tournament he was watching on TV, leave his family, and come charging over on a Friday night, and he did so, and competently and cheerfully took charge of the mess. He had to improvise parts for the job, requiring several trips to the truck. And he did a completely professional job. We are grateful.

The plumber cleared our bathtub drain. He also volunteered to check the sewer installation under our new house, and did so. He worked promptly, got the job done, was kind and helpful and came when he said he would. This was our second experience with this company; both were excellent. His offer to check out the pipes in the crawl space was purely helpfulness, since he does not do pipe replacement and did not stand to benefit if we needed alterations. He was honest and caring. I highly recommend the company.

Don arrived when he said he would. He went to the basement and "cabled out" the shower drain. It did not take long as it was all hair blockages. He gave me a 30-day guarantee on the work.

Dominic arrived on schedule, looked without success for well camouflaged kitchen drain to sewer. Checked flow from sink and disposal - all went fine. Checked and changed valve on leaking toilet. Tightened packing on outside faucet at no charge.

They did a very good job on an old old sewage system. What I think is really neat about Drains 4 Less is that they are very prompt-if you have a problem they come right away.
