He is incredibly thorough and professional. He said he will show up at a particular time and he showed up at that time exactly what you was expecting. He was wonderful. The price was fair, not the cheapest. I would use him again.

The entire process has been a great experience. Jim is very client focused, detail oriented and cognizant of budget and scheduling aspects of the work. He is honest about costs, including potential additional costs based on options selected. I was very impressed by this contractor and highly recommend him for any home improvement job.

He's just wonderful, laid back. Very dependable. I left my summer home for the season but let him stay to finish the work. He did and did beautiful job. He's just a really nice, decent, honest, responsible young man.
