DOUG CHAMBLIN FURNITURE MAKER

We needed a good solution for a built-in trash/recycling receptacle in our kitchen. Doug helped us brainstorm ideas, and he reviewed the benefits and drawbacks of each. He took plenty of time to answer our questions. He set our expectations appropriately with regard to his availability, how long the project would take, what the finished product would look like, and the cost. He was flexible and friendly in all of our dealings.

We own a historically registered house built in 1894. We wanted an elegant kitchen that would fit in with the style of the house. We spent a lot of time finding talented craftsman to perform the work. Doug was easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable, and creative with regards to design. The job went very smoothly & exceeded our expectations. He was very proactive with the project offering ideas to the other workers to keep the re-model on time. Doug is a furniture maker & this skill makes for outstanding cabinets that puts him in a different tier to other cabinet makers in town.

Doug was super friendly, always on-time, and he communicated effectively about the work to be done and provided awesome service. He also has a great mind for design and helped us work out some of the issues we were having in terms of deciding what to do with certain design questions we had. He's the BEST!
