The guy who came to do the job was very thorough. I was very pleased with his attitude and his skill. He even had to go get a tool as the downspout was plugged. This company's quote for the job was cheaper than another company's quote.

I called and left a message requesting service and received a call back within a few days. I was able to schedule in less than a week. James came out and gave me the estimate of $180. I was able to negotiate him down to $160 as I was also having the windows done. I was a bit surprised by the price as I had only paid $99 for gutters last time I had this company out. However, I found out that they had some ownership changes and that I had been given a discounted price before. The gutters and downspouts were cleaned and I was given a verbal report on how clogged, etc. they were.

James showed up on time. He counted the windows and gave me the estimate and also gave me an estimate for gutter cleaning (see under that category). All workers took their shoes off before entering the house. Two workers did a thorough job of cleaning all of the windows. They began upstairs on the inside and worked their way down as two other worked on the outside. I was very happy with their work, but did find several spots where they had spilled water on the carpet and didn't do anything about it.

I had an appointment for Kai to come out and clean the gutters and gutter faces (see other report). He was quite late for that appointment. When he came out he asked if I wanted him to do clean the moss off of the roof for $200. He said it would be best to do this before the gutter cleaning, which made sense. I was a bit concerned about the protection of the shingles with high pressure, but he assured me it was okay and when I checked on line at OSU extension, it recommended this means to clean and to avoid chemicals for environmental reasons. The roof looks great.

Kai was supposed to come out yesterday morning. By 3:30 pm I hadn't heard from him, so I called. He called right back and said they got a late start and would be over in 15 minutes. I would have appreciated a call at some point during the day letting me know what was going on. However, Kai and his crew did a great job. The gutter faces look like new and now make my house trim look bad. They did get the neighbors windows wet and are coming back to clean them free of charge (the house next door is on the market so clean windows are important).

Perfect. Kei and his assistant were prompt, careful and thorough. I'll use them again and I recommend them without reservation.

Mr. Squeegee, alias Kei, did a fabulous job on some very dirty windows and gutters. He came promptly for the estimate and our first meeting and then came at the appointed time for the cleaning. He was courteous and professional at all times and did exactly what I asked. He was careful around the house plantings and cleaned up all the gutter mess when finished.

Kei was very polite, respectable and friendly. He apologized for being 10 minutes late! We live in a large house in a new neighborhood where construction has been going on for four years. Kei did a fantastic job on our windows and gutters - both jobs which had not been done in four years! We literally had plants growing out of our gutters. We were very pleased and have passed his name on to several people already.

Kei was very friendly and worked very hard. We were concerned that the cleaning would cost more than $99 since the flyer said ''for an average house'' and we worried that ours was larger than that. But he stuck to the $99. We found this very reasonably priced--especially considering the amount of time he put in. Kai (Mr. Squeegee) gave us very reasonable quotes on window washing,pressure washing the gutter face and the trim, and pressure washing all concrete. We plan to call him back in the Spring.
