DON RABIE

I called someone I had used before and found he had retired. He recommended this man. I called. He was able to come within the hour and rectified the problem promptly. He was polite and explained what was wrong. It was a quick fix and he was almost apologetic for the charge. I, however, was happy to have the repair done so promptly. Someone else said they'd be able to come out for a diagnosis in about a week. Meanwhile, I had water stuck in my sink. He made sure to let me know that if the problem recurred in the near future that he'd come out again to rectify the problem without an additional charge. I'd certainly call him again if needed. Coincidently, a friend called as I was waiting for Don to come; she asked if he'd come work on her dishwasher. He was able to accommodate that since she lived three blocks away.

Polite, reasonably priced, efficient. I would call him next time.

Mr. Rabie was professional, reliable, and reasonable. I intend to call on him for any appliance repair I might have in the future.

Don returned my call early Monday morning. My friend referred him to me because he was so professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I found him to be a positive in every way and will use him for all my appliance problems in the future.
